The Out Side Film Festival is the first film festival in Columbus, Indiana, to exclusively feature films from, about and for the LGBT community. Produced by Pride Alliance Columbus, the festival includes a diverse selection of independent films and documentaries. Some of the films are foreign films with subtitles, but most of the selections will be in English. A few of the films have won awards at film festivals around the country. Several of the films feature performances by well-known actors. All of the films were chosen to appeal to everyone, not just the gay audience. Fans of independent and documentary films will enjoy the program. Throughout the Festival the Inclusive Community Coalition will be recording stories from individuals in the audience for theirThreads Project.
